Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Welcome to Dream Journey. By accessing our website, submitting booking consultations, and utilizing our concierge services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling your journey.

1. Booking Contract

All bookings are made directly with Dream Journey Inc. A booking is considered confirmed only when Dream Journey issues a written confirmation invoice and receives the required security deposit.

The lead passenger signing the booking form guarantees they possess the authority to accept these conditions on behalf of all party members.

2. Pricing & Deposit Requirements

All starting prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change due to seasonal rates or supplier tax adjustments. A deposit of 30% of the total package value is required at the time of booking confirmation. The final balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your departure date.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Should you wish to cancel your custom booking, you must submit a written request. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 45+ Days Prior: Full refund of deposit, minus a ₹10,000 administrative processing fee.
  • 30 to 44 Days Prior: Loss of booking deposit (30% of package cost).
  • 15 to 29 Days Prior: 50% cancellation fee of the total itinerary invoice.
  • Under 15 Days / No-Show: 100% cancellation fee; no refunds can be issued.

4. Passports, Visas, and Health Mandates

It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure they possess a passport valid for at least six months beyond their return date, along with necessary tourist visas, health certificates, and vaccination records. Dream Journey cannot accept liability if you are denied entry to any country due to missing documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

Dream Journey requires all guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. The insurance policy must cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, baggage losses, and personal liability. You must provide proof of active coverage to your concierge upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dream Journey acts as an agent and coordinator for independent suppliers (hotels, carriers, regional airlines, tour guides, and car rental firms). Dream Journey cannot be held liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, or additional costs resulting from carrier defaults, mechanical breakdowns, civil unrest, natural disasters, or other Force Majeure events.

7. Conduct & Safety Regulations

We expect all travelers to adhere to local laws and customs and treat tour staff and guides with respect. If your conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or damaging, our regional operators reserve the right to remove you from the tour immediately, without refund or compensation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
